Inspired Wallpaper has launched three brand new collections, helping homeowners embrace interiors trends coming up in 2017…

According to the experts at Inspired Wallpaper, homeowners will be more open to experimenting with different designs and colours in 2017 in a bid to add more personality to their rooms.

The company’s Head of Design, Christine Westcott, believes the New Year will herald a change in the way we decorate our homes, with bold patterns and eye-catching designs that carry a true sense of meaning to the owner taking centre stage.

She says: “Your home is your sanctuary, a place that should be welcoming and inspirational in equal measure. While the last few years have seen many people opting for neutral colours and minimalist designs, we anticipate that 2017 will be very different. Homeowners want to put their own personal stamp on their rooms, creating something unique.”

In response to new demand, the contemporary wallpaper specialist has launched three new collections.

The Coloroll Chevron collection

Teal Chevron, roomshot_opt-min

Attention-grabbing colours and slick, ultra-modern patterns will be in high demand in 2017.

The new Chevron collection by Coloroll ticks both boxes. Available in a range of beautiful colours – including teal (pictured above) – this geometric wallpaper is fresh, versatile and can be paired with pretty much anything.

Christine says: “You can really get your creative juices flowing with this wallpaper. It naturally complements a contemporary theme and allows you to experiment with a host of different colours and patterns.”

The Crown Zahra collection

Aiya Grey, roomshot_opt-min

Delicate and sophisticated – the two words that best describe the Zahra range.

Featuring intricate damask wallpaper designs, this collection is ideal for homeowners who want to create a vintage look that reflects the quirkier elements of their own personality.

The Ayia Grey Damask Wallpaper (pictured above) is chic and romantic and works especially well with soft shades of pink and wooden furnishings.

Christine said: “The vintage look will continue to prove popular in 2017, and the tonal effects of the Zahra range make it the perfect backdrop for those who want to create a stylish, welcoming vibe in their home.

“Using soft colours and incredibly detailed patterns, this range of wallpaper is eye-catching yet elegant at the same time.”

The Crown Voyager collectionInspired Wallpaper Collection

Designed in Britain and expertly made in Italy, this unique patterned wallpaper transports you to far-flung destinations.

Ideal for those who want to expand their interior design horizons, the Crown Voyager Platinum Grey wallpaper uses a stylish colour palette and subtle metallic embellishments to create an effortlessly vintage look in your home.

Christine says: “This range takes you on a voyage of discovery, creating a spectacular look that acts as a constant reminder that there’s a big, exciting world out there.

“It’s particularly well suited to those who like to get creative with furniture and accessories.”

Loving the map wallpaper, especially coz it’s subtle with grey tones. I think my friend would like it too as she loves anything to do with maps 🙂

The crown voyager is pretty cool, although I’m not so struck on the Chevron pattern, a little too busy for me 🙂
